Our studio is on the second floor, with an elevator very close by and is air-conditioned. Wireless internet is provided and there are restrooms on the first and second floor.
We have 9 foot backdrop rolls in standard colors, white – bone and black. Use of our paper is included in the cost of rental. You are welcome to bring in your own paper to use or we can source additional color papers for you. Stools, chairs and a sofa are available to use as well. Our Sofa also lays flat to use as a bed. There are pillows and a comforter also available in our prop closet for additional charges.
A changing table is provided, along with wipes, sanitizer and disposable changing pads. The changing table also has disposable and cloth diapers, as well as other baby essentials inside the changing table.
Lighting: We have lights/ umbrellas/ and other diffusers/reflectors available to rent. Please see rate sheet.
Our studio has black curtains to shield outside light, or sheer curtains to utilize the natural light.
For the newborn photographer: We have included a set of props, blankets, wraps, furs and other items available to use for an additional charge. See the rate sheet for additional charges. The use of our Paloma Shell beanbag and yoga ball are available at no additional charge. If you would like the beanbag removed for your rental stay, please let us know in advance, so we can remove it. Portable heaters are also available by request.
For the maternity photographer: We do have dress rentals available. Our new warehouse is located right next to the photography studio. Please inquire about gown rentals, a week before your shoot date.
Liability Insurance is required for all photo or video sessions.
Free cancellations are available with 48-hour notice from scheduled time.
Studio Credit is available for cancellations with 24-hour notice. There are no refunds for cancellations without 24-hour notice.
$100.00 refundable deposit plus payment of rental is required at time of booking.
